- 1 Sonakshi Sinha's apparent refusal to share an item number in Shirish Kunder's upcoming fantasy film Joker with Minissha Lamba is becoming a hot topic of discussion in tinselville.
It has been reported that when Minissha Lamba got to know that there will be an item number choreographed on Sonakshi Sinha in the film which also stars Akshay Kumar, Minissha expressed her desire to be part of the item number. However, Sonakshi refused to share the screen space with Minissha.Minissha has reason enough to be insecure. In the past item numbers like 'munni badnam hui' in Dabangg and 'sheila ki jawani' in Tees Maar Khan have been super hits. Reports claim that Kamal Hassan has ended his search for the leading lady in forthcoming Vishwaroobham. The actor, who saw Anushka Shetty's performance in Deiva Thirumagal and considering her popularity in all regional languages, has recently approached her to cast her in the movie.
The actress has given the verbal consent to pair up Kamal Hassan but she is yet to finalize the deal. It may be recalled that Sonakshi Sinha was intially signed to play the female lead role but she opted out after the movie got delayed.
Meanwhile, Kamal Hassan is reportedly starting the shooting of Vishwaroobham today. The 56-year-old, who has taken the responsibility of directing the film after director Selvaraghavan walked out of the project, will shoot his portions of the film in the first schedule.

Once bitten twice shy. Bollywood"s latest sensation Sonakshi Sinha still seems to have not forgiven actor Shahid Kapoor for giving her the cold shoulders not long ago. Shahid reportedly wants to forget the past and work with her but she is not in the mood to share screen space with him.
It was reported that Sonakshi was supposed to act with Shahid in Mausam and was even ready to give a screen test but the makers of the film ditched her, thinking that they would not look good together on screen. Soon, Sonam Kapoor was roped in and the screen test that was supposed to be done on the actress never happened. This hurt the actress like never before.
Shahid apparently wants to act with Sonakshi now and is said to have sent feelers to her through their common friends but the actress is in no mood to act with him. It looks like Shahid-Sonakhi Jodi will never happen if the latest reports are to be believed.
